Zillow is a terrific web 2.0 tool. You can use it to find out what comparable houses in your town are worth, or to find out what houses are for sale. But Zillow was a lot more fun when housing costs were rising, rather than falling!!!
You're right; my, how times have changed in the real estate market. If you don't have to sell your home right now and can afford your mortgage, you'll be OK but I really feel for anyone who is selling in most parts of the country.
